tribute show centered around Musical Icons. Icons USA™ is a weekly hour Musical Variety Show that deals with the development of Afro American music f
rom Africa to the present and how it has influenced other styles of music in America and the world. Specifically, each show deal with individual themes of each style of music ie: African drums, Negro Spirituals, Blues, Jazz, Classical Gospel, Rhythm and Blues, Raggee, Salsa, Soul, Country and Western, Rock, Soft Rock, Doo Woop, Disco, Adult Contemporary, Pop, New Gospel, Hip Hop, Rap, and Urban. Additionally, each weekly show includes a format that showcases American Musical Icons such as
Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick, budding icons such as Usher, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, special guests who could be a music producer, song writer, artist, arranger, and or noted musician.
The core of Icons USA™ is designed as a marketing vehicle for up an coming musical talents throughout the world and provides opportunities for the companies: Star Focus Entertainment Studios, Inc., Focen Network, Inc., Kris Lamans Productions, LLC. and Pearl Records Group and Filmworks Corp. Up and coming talent on this weekly series will be provided with opportunities to receive recording song writers and publishing contracts with independent and major record labels.
This series will begin production the Spring of 2010. Currently in pre-production. Hosted by, and Kris Lamans, there will be performances every week by special guest stars like Billy Joel,
Dolly Parton, and Elton John and icons like Quincy Jones, BB King,
Diana Ross, Willie Nelson, and Garth Brooks. Budding icons like James Taylor, and Smokey Robinson, will be guests...
ICONS USA™ will also be paying homage to Musical Icons such as James
Brown, Louis Armstrong, Ike Turner, Miles Davis, and Ella Fitzgerald.
